Belarus is famous for its stately architecture, grand fortifications, and lush, green forests. It has a rich cultural history and picturesque landscapes. Here are a few places to see in Belarus:

  • Brest Fortress:


Brest fortress is located in the city of Brest in the southwestern part of the country. It was a symbol of Soviet resistance at the time of the Second World War. The Brest fortress used to be a prison for the nationalists. The entrance of the Brest fortress has an enormous concrete cut five-pointed star where the sacred war song of Alexander Alexandrov is continuously played. The Narachanski National Park was created by the Government of Belarus which houses many animals such as red deer, otter, marten, and European badger. It is known to be the home of several historic sites — the Museum of the Great Patriotic War, located near Independence Square.
